"FIRE" prototype
To the right you can listen to two examples of the same algorithm that produces fire sounds. Its an algorithm that can simulate fire sounds of different characters, ranging from a very small camp fire to a large forest fire.
Parameters for flames, clicks, crackles, size easily change the sound to a variety of fires. Everything can be adjusted in realtime and is based on randomness, meaning there will be no loops or any other kind of repetition.
"WIND" prototype
These are examples of the WIND prototype currently in development. The algorithm simulates different wind sounds ranging from subtle whistling winds to turbulent storms.
Parameters for whistling, turbulence, speed change the sound characteristics for the wind in realtime. A randomize function creates new winds on the fly and the "start/stop" function stops the movement of the wind, meaning the sound comes to a halt.
